Bubble is ready for everyone. A fresh look, clear buttons for editing, and a few rough edges smoothed out.

New

• A fresh, cleaner look for the typing box and its hint, and for the Guide, Journey, World and Account panels
• When you edit a bubble, the hint shows a Save button and a Delete button you can tap; a new bubble shows Add. Enter still saves
• Focus mode has an Exit button, so you always know how to get back to all your bubbles
• How it works now explains that new bubbles start in the middle and older ones slowly drift to the edge, so today always has room

Fixes

• Typing ## in front of a word no longer turns the word into a tag by surprise
• The Journey heatmap is easier to read: empty days are a quiet shade and busy days stand out more, and the Afloat and Popped badges are clearer
• Older repeating bubbles always come back in Present, never in Someday
• Security updates behind the scenes, plus a daily limit on feedback so nobody can flood it

More room for your bubbles on phones, a menu that tells you what each button does, and new bubbles you can’t miss.

New

• On phones and in the mobile app, the toolbar now tucks away behind one small menu button in the bottom-left corner, so your bubbles get the whole screen. Tap it and a list opens with a short name next to each icon, so you don’t have to guess what a button does; it folds back once you pick something or tap the sky
• The menu and its buttons are now made of Liquid Glass: clear, bright-edged glass that softly bends the bubbles behind it, with a springy press
• The theme and space pickers are made of the same glass, and Guide, Journey, World, Account and the welcome card got matching bright edges and rounder corners, with a slightly deeper tint so text stays easy to read
• In the mobile app, pressing a menu button gives a light tap you can feel (Android phones get a tiny buzz in the browser)
• A bubble you just added glows once, slowly, so you can spot it right away and know it landed

Fixes

• Sketch circles are drawn with a lighter pen line, a third thinner than before
• Indigo and Sumi ink spreads in twice as fast when a bubble appears
• Picking a theme or a space on a phone folds the menu away first, so the picker never sits on top of it

Small touches: bigger stickers, a delete button, and focus mode that stays in view on phones.

New

• Delete a bubble while editing it: tap the bubble, then tap Delete next to Enter. Bubble asks first, since a deleted bubble is gone for good and won’t show up in your Journey history either
• New Sketch theme under Ink & Paper: a plain white page with chubby hand-drawn navy circles that sketch themselves in, and labels in an easy-to-read handwriting, like notes in a notebook. Vermilion has stepped aside to make room (if you were using it, it stays put)

Fixes

• On phones, focus mode now brings your bubble to the middle of the screen and keeps the whole thing in view, between the hint at the top and the toolbar at the bottom
• ## stickers on bubbles are bigger and easier to read, and they drop the # in front so the name has more room
• Long words on #star bubbles now wrap and shrink to stay inside the star, instead of poking out past its points

Bubble now opens with Apple as well as Google, and your account is fully yours: you can delete it any time.

New

• Sign in with Apple: a "Continue with Apple" button now sits under Google, and the two buttons wear the same clean white look
• One tap edits a bubble: tap (or click) any bubble to change its text and #tags, no more two-finger tap or right click. Double tap still pops it
• You can now delete your account from inside the app: Account, then "Delete account" under Sign out. It removes your account and every bubble saved to it, so Bubble first offers to export your full history as a CSV
• Change your name any time: open Account and tap your name (or the little pencil) to change what Bubble calls you
• New sign-ups get a friendly "What should Bubble call you?" on the way in (you can skip it)
• The cheat sheet is refreshed with one tap edit, the # tag list, focus mode steps and the new account options

Fixes

• Tapping the sky while a window is open now just closes the window, instead of also making a new bubble
• Adding a tag while editing just works: put the cursor in front of your words and type #, and the tag list pops up right away. Pick one and Bubble adds the space for you
• On iPhone, tapping a text box (your name, sign in, journey search) no longer zooms the whole screen in and leaves it stuck there
• On phones, the # tag list now fits the screen and only shows the note for the tag you’re on
• #heart and #star no longer show up in the # list on Crystal and Universe themes, where they don’t apply

No more remembering the spells: type # and Bubble shows you what it can do.

New

• Type # in the new-bubble box and a row of magic tags pops up above it, each with a short note on what it does. Keep typing to narrow it down, then tap one (or use the arrow keys and Enter). #1-10 opens the sizes, and ## lists the stickers you already use so you can reuse one in a tap

Fixes

• On the Crystal themes, #highlight no longer turns a ball into a solid gold sphere: it keeps its own stone colours, the glass turns clearer, and a soft glowing rim lights it up

Bubble now has two spaces: Present for today, and Someday for the things that can wait. Plus an easier way to add bubbles when the sky is full, and a few gentle fixes on phones.

New

• Someday: add #later to any bubble and it drifts off to a second space, so your Present sky stays light. Tap the new space button to see a little preview of each space and pick where to go. Each space keeps its own theme, and the space name shows when you switch and when you open the app
• Swipe with two fingers, on a phone or a laptop trackpad, to move between spaces: left to Someday, right back to Present. The whole sky slides over, like switching desktops on a Mac
• Journey shows which space each bubble lives in
• A plus button in the menu starts a new bubble right away, handy on a phone when the screen is full of bubbles
• Signing in with Google now shows your name in the account panel, with your email underneath
• Focus mode shows a small guide at the top so you always know what to tap next

Fixes

• Tapping empty space by accident no longer traps you in the new-bubble box: tap empty space again to close it
• On iPhone, the Done button above the keyboard now launches your bubble
• The theme picker now fits on small phone screens
• On Paper and the Ink themes, the space name, theme name and new-bubble box are now easy to read
• Journey buttons are slimmer, so more of your history fits on screen

A fifth theme collection of glowing crystal balls, a new Cosmos of lifelike planets, and a fix so a slow connection can never wipe your board.

New

• Crystal (Labradorite, Sapphire, Ruby, Obsidian): every bubble becomes a round crystal ball with coloured liquid swirling slowly inside, glowing softly on a dark night. Labradorite shimmers blue and teal with drifting flashes of gold. Highlighted balls fill with soft morning sunlight. The theme picker now has 24 themes in five collections
• Cosmos, reimagined: every bubble is now a small, lifelike planet, each one its own kind. Teal ocean worlds with sandy islands and a soft blue glow, dusty desert worlds with wide rings, cream worlds wrapped in swirling cloud, misty sage-green worlds, icy worlds veined with cyan cracks, and rugged frosty dwarfs with one smooth pale plain. Sunlight falls softly from one side, clouds drift slowly, and every planet turns. Highlighted planets glow in warm morning sun
• Tags now curve gently around their bubble, like stickers pressed onto a ball

Fixes

• Your bubbles could disappear if a tab saved before it had finished loading your board, for example on a slow connection. The server now refuses that kind of blind save, and the app merges with what's already saved instead, so nothing gets overwritten
• Exporting your task history (CSV) is now limited to twice a day per account. The info panel shows how many exports you have left, and the limit resets at midnight

Three new ways to see your board: ink soaking into paper, clear water drops, and tiny planets. Plus calmer tag clusters and a board that makes itself at home when you turn your phone.

New

• The palette button now opens a theme picker, grouped into collections: Soap Bubbles, Ink & Paper, Water Drops and Universe. 20 themes in all
• Ink & Paper (Indigo, Sumi, Vermilion): every bubble becomes an ink blot soaking into grid paper. Blots spread in when the board loads, bleed out when you pop them, and highlighted tasks glow in soft lemon
• Water Drops (Mist, Rain, Blush, and Night for after dark): every bubble becomes a clear drop of water resting on a soft surface. Drops land with a little bounce, light up from inside when highlighted, and splash flat when popped
• Universe (Cosmos): every bubble becomes a little pale glass planet on a starry night sky, each one its own kind: blue and green earths with drifting clouds, rusty Mars-like worlds with polar caps, striped gas giants (some with a storm spot), and cratered icy moons. Highlighted planets glow a soft lemon yellow, like a small sun, and every planet turns very slowly
• On a laptop, the bubble under your mouse swells just a touch so you can tell what you're pointing at
• Turn your phone sideways and the bubbles glide out and spread evenly across the extra room, slowly and smoothly, instead of bunching at the edges and in the middle

Fixes

• Bubbles that share a tag now stop as soon as they touch. Before, a pair could keep nudging each other across the board and out to the edge
• Drag a tagged bubble and let go: it now stays right where you dropped it, and its same-tag friends float over to join it
• If your session expires, bubble now asks you to sign in again instead of retrying forever
• Milky has retired from the theme list. If it's your theme, it stays yours

Bubbles that look like soap film again, and a tidier info panel.

New

• The info panel is now three pages with little arrows: the magic tags get a page of their own, and the cheat sheet pill is always one tap away

Fixes

• The tiny blinking black dot at the centre of bubbles on iPhone and Mac is gone. It was a rounding quirk deep in the glass shader
• Clusters of little white specks on bubbles, in every theme, are gone too. They were reflections of the coloured fill lights; the sky now lights bubbles softly from above and below instead
• Reef's backdrop no longer shows a faint woven grid in Chrome
• Sky and Midnight have fewer, softer bokeh dots, so large bubbles don't fill up with speckle
• #recur bubbles keep their stickers when they come back
• The sync banner stays quiet when you're not signed in

A calm new lagoon to float in, a tag that clones your bubble, and syncing that quietly behaves itself.

New

• Reef theme: a calm turquoise lagoon with milky shallows and soft sand banks, inspired by the Great Barrier Reef. You'll find it right after Ocean in the theme cycle
• #copy: while editing a bubble, add #copy and an identical twin appears beside it — same text, size and stickers. A bare #copy duplicates without changing anything
• Tag buddies now find each other across the whole sky, not just nearby, so projects gather even on a busy board
• The welcome bubble now teaches you its favorite trick first: double tap to pop
• #blink works bare too — the bubble starts softly blinking right away
• Each account now gets its own 30 daily surprise bubbles on a shared device

Fixes

• The "changes not syncing" banner no longer appears during normal use: quick pops used to race each other on their way to the cloud; saves now queue up politely and travel together
• A #recur bubble popped on one device no longer comes back twice from another
• The sync banner clears itself the moment your connection is healthy again
• Bubbles stay right where you drag them, even after a reload
• On phones, the edit box now hops out from under the keyboard

• ##tags: type ##work call Amy and the bubble wears a little #work sticker. The same tag always gets the same color, from a hand picked palette of 14; up to 3 stickers per bubble
• Bubbles that share a tag gently drift toward each other, so projects cluster on their own
• In Journey, every task shows its tags; click one to see just that project. Stickers keep the same colors there too
• While typing, a little Enter key appears under the box; on phones you can tap it to launch the bubble

Fixes

• Editing on two devices no longer loses work: each bubble now keeps the newest edit per task instead of one device overwriting the whole board
• The heart bubble's notch is a true V again, not a shallow dip
• Sticker labels stay crisp and readable on every color, on every size of bubble

Fixes

• Hearts and stars are real puffy bubbles now: curved and reflective, no flat cutouts, no seam around the edge
• The Midnight sky no longer drifts brown; its glow pools stay cool and blue

• Bubbles and their text now show about twice as large on phones, so your board is easy to read at a glance
• Fixed a trap where a double tap could zoom the page in with no way back; pinch zoom in and out still works everywhere
